Seal Coat
Sealcoating your pavement provides a protective barrier and reduces oxidation from the sun’s UV rays. This process also offers an aesthetically appealing uplift to the property.
The lot is cleaned with forced air and steel brooms. The sealer is applied with a squeegee against any concrete, structures or anything decorative. A polymer asphalt-based sealer is then spray applied in 2 coats, providing a durable and handsome product.
Protects against damage from chemicals such as gasoline, oil, salt and mag chloride.
